my version of eggplant parm

1 egg plant peeled and sliced in 1/2 inch slices
salt and pepper lightly and place in a sprayed baking dish
bake at 350 for 45 minutes till tender
top with 1 enough spaghetti sauce to cover (i used ragu chunky garden)
and lightly top with mozzarella provolone blend cheese (i used 1/2 cup for a 13 by 9 pan)
lightly sprinkle with parm cheese and bread crumbs(i used Italian)(i only used 1/4 cup of crumbs for the whole pan

bake at 350 till cheese melts about 15 minutes These were delicious and around 180 calories for 4 pieces
