Hi :) I 23 years old female. My current wieght is 62 kgs and i weighed 52 kgs an year back. I put most of the weight around my love handles and hips. i also have saddle bags which make me ashamed of wearing leggins and jeans while wearing short tops . Nowadays i'm not able to wear sleeveless tops because i hve fat around my biceps while below biceps it is so lean. In short i Have start loosing my shape and it is bothering me like anything. :( Could anybody please suggest some circuits which i can do on a daily basis. I ned a workout plan and eating plans also. Please help me out.
