An Accomplishment

I went out to eat last night at Outback with a group of friends, eating out can be a scary thing when you are trying to count calories. I planned ahead and looked up the nutrition information before I went. While there I drank water, passed on the bread (which was easy since I don't like the bread there), had the smallest steak (6 oz) and two veggies for my sides. I skipped the salad because even with the low-cal dressing it was over 300 calories! After all was said and done I left there feeling satisfied but not stuffed and I had about 100 calories left over! Feeling accomplished!
