cheeeeeeeeeeese!

Hey folks

So my fave cheeses are: cheddar, goats, feta, brie, Camembert, ,most blue cheeses, mozzarella. Are these all safe on keto? are some more recommended than others?

    The only way to tell is to enter it onto MFP and take a look, or take a look at the nutrition info on the package. Where possible, identify in MFP the specific brands that you have, in case there is variations across brands.

    it also depends on what program you follow. A paleo person doesn't eat dairy for example.

    I'm new to keto and never used to eat cheese when I was in a high carb low fat diet before.. since cheese is so calorie dense. Now I'm snacking on Sargento cheese sticks and they are high fat zero carb and SO delicious!!
