I have been off track, but today I restart again and I plan to stay below my calorie intake and put in a good workout. I'm thinking I might need to do a detox again to jump start my weight loss and get back on track. I struggle because I am so accustom to doing a particular type of diet like Southbeach, but now I am trying to enjoy the foods that I like all kinds in moderation. I am struggling with self control. I think certain kinds of foods, like breads make you hungrier.
