Wow. I don't think I have made it this far in the past couple of years. I seem to do okay for a few days, and then get right back into that vicious cycle. I was told that it will get easier the longer you go without a binge. It seemed really hard at first, I had withdrawals, I was cranky and I can be mean when I don't get my fix. I also used my usual snack binge foods a way to relax when I was stressed out. Now..what has helped me is balance. I still have some junk foods, I don't think I can ever completely cut it out. It's just me..to some people I know that's like taking a puff out of a ciggy when your trying to quit smoking, or a hit off a joint, or a sip of Booze..but I do have a little what I do want crave and put it in a small bowl or have a little treat or something as my therapist did recommend and I tried it..and seems to be working so far.

    great tp hear!
I've also managed to be binge free for a few weeks now. I founf that eating protein, trying to be at 155g per day as recommended is difficult! So, trying ot reach my protein macros, keeps me full and my cravings are at bay -- which I can't believe, me being a lifetime sweets craver and binger.
I still take it day by day, but watching my macros has helped. I also run regularly now, so that must help!
