Looking for a little help...

5'10", 177 lbs. 35 year old, white female (body fat unknown)
Gross intake (daily) of calories is between 1700-1900
Avg fat = 60, carbs = 200, protein = 100
I use a scale and measure everything.
I track everything on MFP.
I do not take cheat days (w/ food) but I do take days off of training.
I have lost about 35 lbs. since January of 2012
I'm normally always training for one race or another, but I've been off the bench a bit the past two months due to an IT band injury and then a bike accident. I'm just starting up a training program for a half marathon I have in January.
I've been "stalled" since April. Essentially my weight isn't all the bad (I could easily take off the 5 lbs. I've gained from being injured), but my thighs are still big (to me) as well as my arm flab.
I am no breastfeeding.
I currently take Synthroid for hypothyroidism.
