I just came across this site and figured I would post it here in case it is helpful to anyone -- excellent resource for all things bodyweight strength training.

    I thought it did a really good job of laying out progressions. It also puts a lot of emphasis on strength vs 3x20 reps. I'm looking for a new routine, so am going to try it, but I will probably have to start with the "easier than beginner" routine.

    Also like the deep step up as a squat progression, I hadn't seen that before. Some good hamstring exercises too in one of the links.
