Welcome back everyone!
We're so close to Level 3... I'm really looking forward to moving on & putting my building strength to good use My core is definitely stronger. I'm finally able to make it through the entire time for the plank moves... no more knees for me! It also might be time to up my weights on a couple of the moves.

Started Level 3 today (Thursday.) Wowza. It's hard, but over quickly. I definitely think we'll see results in our abs (and all over) after this one!0
