Focus T25 Week 4 Day4
Today : ALPHA Total Body Circuit
Well I am really scared that I hurt my knee this morning :grumble: I have so many friends recently that have had knee injuries maybe im just overreacting?? During the stupid lunge-squat progressions that I loathe so much, i felt a small pain and a burn....so me being scared to not be able to start my squat challenge Oct. 1st, I had to baby it for the second half of the workout I know for a fact I burned about half the cals than normal and that makes me mad!! Knee still feels funny, and I am so scared what I am going to wake up to tomorrow I hope it is just overworked since yesterday was leg day :mad:

Don't panic you may have just aggravated it a bit. BUT that said - take it easy and let it heal up. My problem was that I kept working out on it hard for another week and a half and that's why I am in the boat I am in. I'm probably going to back out of the squat challenge but hop back in for the abs. If your knee is still bothering you - why don't you think about flipping the order to give yourself time to heal?
As for me today, back to working from home today which means I'll have more time to do my walking Yippee!!!! It's so hard when I have to drive into the office (a little over an hour away) those other days of the week, and this week was a bit messed up anyway.
I plan to walk a couple of times today, starting as soon as little man gets on the bus in a little bit here. Have a great day all!!!0 -
Take it easy! It just may be a little overworked. Hope you feel better and rest it up! Do give yourself time to heal because you don't want to make it worse. Take care and have a great day!0

I have Ab Intervals and Speed 1.0 Tomorrow....this wont stress my knee I dont think? Then Ill rest for the weekend and get back to it Monday??0

3 miles in 45 minutes done this AM......I did 2 miles of a 30 minute WATP video...and 1 mile of a Walk & Tone WATP video. You do some squats in the Walk & Tone video...and my right knee hurts just a tiny bit whenever I do squats. But I got through the ones I had to do in the video.

Today I did my Tae Bo workout and it was pretty good. Yesterday I did Turbo Jam, that was good too. I'm trying to stick with exercising at least 5 times a week and eating right. Tuesday I had a little set back I had some Chinese food that my husband bought, because he wanted it. Of course he bought enough for me and the kids... how could I resist:ohwell: But that's o.k. I didn't over do it. So I'm back on track and eating in moderation and keeping up with my exercises even if it's just walking. So good luck to everyone and God bless!0
