Today is day 4!

How is everyone doing so far this week? I was gone from my house from 7:30am-10:30pm yesterday, so didn't get my day 3 workout in. But...I did kill it at the gym during lunch then had bowling last night so more walking. My numbers were still awesome and I'm sore today from the gym. So must have done something right. LOL

Tonight we are going out for my daughters bday to a pizza buffet-yikes! But hitting the gym again at lunch and going home and doing my 3rd video of the week. I think there is a rest day in the T25 program, I'm gonna have to make that be on Wednesdays since I'm gone all day from home.

    Great job getting to gym over lunch, justforme! I am always envious of anyone who can do that.

    I like reading that other people are adjusting the program, too, to fit their lives. I'd love to follow it to the letter, but life happens. I used to let that defeat me and give up. Now I take it in stride and don't let it derail me.

    Workout number 4 for me tonight.

    MIGRAINE HAS HAD ME UNDER SINCE LAST NIGHT. EATING HAS BEEN OFF TODAY AND CANNOT WORKOUT AND SHAKE MY HEAD AT ALL. HOPING FOR RECOVERY VERY SOON AND TRYING NOT TO FREAK OUT ABOUT MISSING A WORKOUT TODAY. I THINK I AM GETTING PARANOID THAT MISSING A WORKOUT IS GOING TO DO ME IN. DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A GOOD OR BAD WAY OF THINKING. ACTUALLY SCRATCH THAT IT IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO THINK BECAUSE ANY NEGATIVITY ON THIS JOURNEY IS NOT ALLOWED. LET TODAY BE TODAY AND TOMORROW BE TOMORROW. :blushing:

    Hi! One thing I love about these programs is that the schedules are flexible so you can adjust them to your needs. Hope you feel better soon, and yes there is no negativity on this journey!! Haha. Once you feel better just jump right back in. Everyone have a great evening.:smile::smile:
