How is everyone coming along with their workouts? Seems like when it comes to the end of the week I struggle with getting the videos done. Why is this I ask myself? It's only 25 mins long. Today is day 4!
How is everyone doing so far this week? I was gone from my house from 7:30am-10:30pm yesterday, so didn't get my day 3 workout in. But...I did kill it at the gym during lunch then had bowling last night so more walking. My numbers were still awesome and I'm sore today from the gym. So must have done something right. LOL…
