How is everyone coming along with their workouts? Seems like when it comes to the end of the week I struggle with getting the videos done. Why is this I ask myself? It's only 25 mins long. But I guess when I add in the time to change and set it up, I don't make the time. I am also going to the gym at work during lunch so I've been getting them in. Last night I finally did the day 4 workout which I should have done on Friday and have in the dvd player all ready for tonight the day 5 workout. Today is supposed to be the cardio video, but I did just get done at the gym doing some HIIT, with cardio and weights, so I think I will call that good along with my video for tonight. :happy:

Do you find yourself able to keep on track with the days or do you also have to play shuffle at times? I figure I'm getting the workouts in, whether it be the actual video or at the gym. I am going to try getting up in the mornings to do them, but afraid I might really make the family mad if I wake them up with the house shaking. :noway: hahaha

Also, who is doing the T25 program? I did the ab intervals last night and still had sweat dripping. HAHAHA Anyone else find that out? I thought, oh abs, shouldn't be a sweaty workout, darn you Shaun!! Too bad he's too hot to be too mad. :smooched:

    Hi! Welcome to week 2. I just finished Focus T25 and will probably be doing another round here soon as soon as I recuperate completely from having surgery. If you have to juggle the workouts that's fine. I love that it's flexible enough to do that. Do what you feel works for you and listen to your body. Take care and have a great day.

    I HAD TO JUGGLE SOME WORKOUTS LAST WEEK BUT MADE SURE I DID SOMETHING ON THE DAYS I WAS SUPPOSE TO. THIS WEEK IS BRAND NEW AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE WITH MY CONSISTENCY. I HAVE FOUND IN THE PAST THAT WHEN I STICK TO THE SCHEDULE OF JUST TELLING MYSELF TO GET THE WORKOUT IN, I HAVE SEEN CHANGE. I GAVE MYSELF A MINI CHALLENGE THIS WEEK TO TAKE IN MORE WATER AND GET EVERY ROCKIN BODY WORKOUT DONE. I AM LOVIN THE ROCKIN BODY BECAUSE OF THE DANCING AND CARDIO IT GIVES ME. BEFORE YOU REALIZE YOU ARE TIRED ITS DONE AND YOU WANT TO DANCE SOME MORE :laugh:

    I'm doing Focus T25 and I also started Les Mills Combat yesterday. I'm doing two workout programs at the same time. I wasn't really burning that many calories with T25 so I added Les Mills to my schedule. I'm on week 4 with T25 and Day 2 of Les Mills Combat. So far I'm on track, but if I ever miss a day I'll just use my rest day to make up for it.
