    Hey everyone,

    I have been doing well on the RockinBody program and getting better with logging food and getting workouts in. However, my hinderance and why I believe I have not seen more pounds come off is my 'cheat days' and the darn weekends.

    I just challenged myself today that until I hit my next goal weight (10pounds) no more cheat days with sugar. :blushing: The light blub has gone on that this is thowing off my progress and setting me back.


    How is everyone else doing??
