good fat vs bad fat

So I sort of got it into my head that pretty much any fat is acceptable on keto, but I was just reading a thread on elitefitness and am now a bit confused. Somebody gave an example menu and asked if it was ok for keto. His menu was:
150g bacon
150g minced (ground) beef
4 eggs
90g whey
80g cheese
40g lettuce
20g peanut butter (natural)
20g butter
60ml double cream
35ml Ceasar dressing
One of the responses he got was " ok my 2c - this is more of an aitkins type diet as to my knowledge a keto should consist manly of good fats (EFA) not saturated(bacon, mince, cheese, cream)."
Is this correct or misinformed?

Not correct. Saturated fat is not bad. It's unfortunate that he is perpetuating the myth that it is.
You'll probably get very different info looking at elite fitness / body building info for keto than when looking at weight loss info. I use this as my guide.

The elite fitness / body builders are working out differently than the average joe. Protein tends to be higher to support what they do. That in turn means lower fat.0 -
