I have had a lot of real life lately with my son having carpal tunnel surgery and now I have shingles and I am pretty sure my same son that is still recovering from surgery has the chicken pox.Please be patient i'll post when I can till then feel free to ask questions and post low cal recipes.I'll answer any questions when I am on and feeling well
