Gender, age, height, calories

Just wanted to see the gender, age, height and daily caloric limit set for low carb members here.

Me:
Female, 26, 5"3, 1330

But I'm struggling to stay at 1330, I probably end up around 1500 on most days.

    I am often a little over but usually no more than 80 calories or so.

    Daily calorie range between 1300 and 1500 as I aim for an average of 1400kcal weekly. I exercise about every day (45-60 minutes of cardio activities - walking, running, cycling; some weight training 2/3x per week) :drinker:

    Female, 43yo, 5'1.5", 99lbs, lost around 30lbs
    Just upped my calories to around 1400 for maintenance (including a 1/2 hr daily walk).
    I think it may be too high, but I'm on holiday, so I may lower it or exercise more when I get back to a regular life.

    female, 42, 5'6..139...I average 1200 calories on non workout days...when I do work out I eat the calories back...or most of them atleast..

    I do an hour cardio a day and I'll often eat back some of the calories earned from exercise too.
