Lifting questions...

I'm only in my fourth month of heavy lifting so I'm still learning and this might seem like a silly question but I gotta ask. The weights this month have started to feel really heavy. I know, they're supposed to. But it has started to make me a bit nervous. I'm reaching a point where I'm beginning to doubt my ability to add weight each time. I'm thinking that in the next couple of weeks it might be too difficult. I have MS and due to my illness I lost a lot of muscle making me very weak. When I started exercising a little under two years ago I couldn't lift a gallon of milk without using two hands. Seriously. I have made huge strides and am thrilled and want to keep going.

I guess my question is, what happens when you reach your limit? Do you reach a max that you're able to lift and when you do where do you go from there? I'm assuming that lifting the same amount of weight for any period of time starts to do little for you? Is it a matter of changing programs? I may be worrying too much but it's making me nervous and sorta taking the joy I was feeling about my progress away. :-/

    What program/routine are you doing?

I'm doing a program called Thinner Leaner Stronger by Michael Matthews. It is actually a five day a week program but I usually end up doing it for four days a week. Chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders and abs, and finally legs. It is a 3 set 10 rep plan, but like an idiot I listened to a trainer at the gym and added a forth set to, as he said, " mix it up". It has all the compound lifts such as squats front and back, regular deadlifts and Romanian ones, Pendlay rows, bench presses, etc... also has a few accessory lifts. The lifts change a little every two months. I like the program and it has improved my shape A LOT. lol

Does it have progressive loading built in? How does the progression work?
