Is my diet ok?

Hi guys!

So I'm on day 5 now of keto and have put my diary on public. Could anyone take a look and let me know what you think? On Tuesday I had 2 egg whites which I know seems a bit redundant but I had a box of egg whites from before starting keto so just wanted to finish them off! Also today.. I know 4 string cheese sticks looks very greedy! I was at a friends for lunch and it was literally all she had apart from bread, jam and some pasta! Student livig haha

    I'd watch out for the processed meats. Lots of gunk in them and sometimes hidden carbs sugars. (that really goes for most processed foods)

    you'll also probably want to keep up the yoghurt or take probiotics and get some sort of fiber supplement. This diet is very plugging if you know what I mean. the coconut oil and magnesium people talk about help wiht that as well as providing nutrients and fuel.

    Over all though, looking good!
