If it doesn't hurt, you're not doing it right :-p How's your second day in? Feeling the burn yet?
I sure am :-/ I have to confess: I used to do squats all the time, but I stopped a while ago when I started jogging more...and my legs and butt BURN! But I'll take that over jiggle any day
As for abs, I'm not feeling them yet, but I'm sure I will soon.
Any tips on how to get rid of that "I exercised yesterday" burn? I personally drink TONS of water and try to rub/massage the areas that hurt.

Oh I'm definitely feeling the squats; plank and leg raises! Wooh! Good day though
I do the same! Drink TONS of water; massage the area that hurts and take an anti inflammatory (Motrin or Naproxen) before bed and I wake up feeling great!0 -
Yes I am feeling the squats and crunches! All nite long! But woke feeling great! The floor look like a long way down though! Accidentally did the 3rd day instead of the second!0
