I don't know about you guys but my butt and legs are on FIRE! I am so happy they have built-in rest days because I couldn't go on today. I'm binging on water today to hopefully clear some of that lactic acid by tomorrow. How are you spending your day of rest?
A bit early, but I won't be around tomorrow to post! This is our last day before a well-deserved rest day! WAHOO!!!!! I, for one, cannot sit down or stand from a seat in any sort of graceful way.
