A bit early, but I won't be around tomorrow to post!
This is our last day before a well-deserved rest day! WAHOO!!!!! I, for one, cannot sit down or stand from a seat in any sort of graceful way.
I want to hear from everyone who's doing this today!!! So far only 2 or 3 of us have updated, and we need some encouragement from you guys :-p Or am I the only one in pain? ;-)

I always avoid abs so that is a difficult challenge for me. especially leg lifts! Thanks for starting this group0

Day 3 done. Abs can do 20 situps But 25 took a while! Getting good at the squats!0
