I don't know about you guys but my butt and legs are on FIRE! I am so happy they have built-in rest days because I couldn't go on today. I'm binging on water today to hopefully clear some of that lactic acid by tomorrow. How are you spending your day of rest?

I'm behind since I'm doing this with my boot camp schedule, so, no rest here...I did day one today!
Our instructor told us fats (like nuts and avocados) help clear the lactic acid too...new one for me... Feel better!
