Losing weight is difficult and it requires a commitment and focus. However, trying to make huge changes all at once can be a little overwhelming. Try focusing on making changes that you can maintain. Start by setting a goal. What's your goal for this week? My goal is to workout for 1 hour at least three times next week. Post your goal and then post your progress next week.

Ok, how are you doing with your goal? I have worked out twice so far. Planning on working out tomorrow and Saturday. Here is a link to a site that has a pretty good meal plan for 1500 calories.
