    Well, my last run was for 28 minutes without stopping. It was super-slow. I hate it! :laugh:

    I did a 5K walking and jogging on the treadmill yesterday, 4 minutes on 1 minute off, in 38:07! I'm stoked.

    I jogged for 30 minutes straight on Thursday!! Super-duper-slow, but still, constant! Couple more weeks and I'll be done with C25K! :happy:

    I guess that last one I posted was my last long, slow run. I did a couple of interval runs, including one Saturday where I did Tabata sprints for 4 minutes. It irritated my sinuses just enough that I caught the cold my husband was on the tail end of :frown: !

    Anyway, I think I'm done with this program for now. How did it work out for you?
