Well, my last run was for 28 minutes without stopping. It was super-slow. I hate it! :laugh:0

I did a 5K walking and jogging on the treadmill yesterday, 4 minutes on 1 minute off, in 38:07! I'm stoked.0

I jogged for 30 minutes straight on Thursday!! Super-duper-slow, but still, constant! Couple more weeks and I'll be done with C25K! :happy:0
