Its my TOM and I am going to pass on this weeks check in. I have been eating everything insight lately and not watching my food intake. Also, my back and hips have been really bothering me so I haven't been exercising either. Gotta get back on track.

    I can't believe September is almost over!
    So far I've lost 4 lbs. I'm really close to my mini-goal for the month, which is exciting and really encouraging.

    My trip last week wasn't as healthy or tracked as well as my trip at the first of the month. I haven't been logging, but I have been trying to stay active. I also had some aches and pains from hauling around oodles of things while traveling with my Grandmother. She's a bunch of work, but 100% worth it. On the plus side, my FitBit Flex was able to remind me to keep moving and doing what I could. Perfection is an illusion anyway.
