I was happy with my time, I had my dog with me and I had to stop 4 times because I lost him (he's nervous of other dogs and hides every time we meet one!) and once to clean up after him. I think I would have made my target time otherwise.

    Time: 30:24

Went really well. Followed the C25K program, 5m walk/5m run/3m walk/8m run/3m walk/5m run/ 5m cool down. I went out after my last run for week 5 and purchased a new pair of "Brook Pure Flow 2" running shoes and for the first time that I can remember I did not have any pain in my legs after I was finished!!! I use to think Asics were the best but now I know better... (at least for me)

Good luck to all that follow!!!

Great time. I have the Brooks too. LOVE THEM. Remember that they need to be replaced sooner than other shoes because they're less constructed.

I feel like Rocky! I ran my hilly route today (2.5K uphill to start) and still finished with a great time (for me). I feel great!
The weather was perfect: good temperature (around 18*C), slight cool breeze and lots of sunshine. I met runners and walkers who all waved.
I was looking at my shoes yesterday and realize that I'm due for a new pair soon......a new pair of RUNNING shoes because my old pair are worn out by RUNNING. LOL! That's another good feeling.

Everyone is doing so great. Your runs and times are all so good. We are all awesome. I'm proud to know every one of you.

Expected time: none, but wished for below 52 min
Running/walking: C25K W8D2 including cooling-down walk, then run a song, walk a bit, run half a song, walk the rest
    Time: 49:29

I struggle with conserving resources during the 28 minutes and it was crazy to see how I ran much faster once Eminem's Rabbit Run began; had no idea of what would play after the NHS podcast was done so it felt like an energy injection. Now that I think about the music, I realise I don't like week 8 of NHS at all. The route was also partly new, so it felt longer than expected. Anyway, side stitch and slow speed and all, I still came in a few minutes earlier than previous time. Well done everyone!
