Week 3 In Review.

I lost 1lb during the week pushing it hard for a few days. I'll know tomorrow once I step on the scale for a check what the total loss was for that week. Don't like to weigh myself after a long run, because I lose so much water. So I check it on Monday mornings and enter that weight.
Long run Sundays..Gotta start this week strong and Keep the burn high!

    I missed goal by 101 calories this week, had a few rest days trying to catch up from my big run on day 1 of the week. I am going to try harder this next week. I also did not lose but pretty much maintained this week which I am fine with since there was not much working out before weigh in day..
