Tuesday: UPPER FOCUS
Wednesday: SPEED 2.0
Thursday: RIP'T CIRCUIT
DOUBLE Day Friday: DYNAMIC CORE & SPEED 2.0

With the back giving problems all week I did Monday's (Core Cardio) & Tuesday's (Upper Focus) today. Will do Wed & Thurs tomorrow & Fridays ob Saturday! Hate catching up but that is the only way I stick with it!!!0

Today & tomorrow are once again Double Days! I did SPEED 2.0 & RIP'T CIRCUIT today! Also HAVE to ride bike cuz with the back problems I got behind on my mileage challenge too!0
