weightloss and loose skin

I have been low carbing for a month now and lost 25lbs which is a lot of weight. My concern is having loose skin at the end of my journey. My overall goal is to lose b/t 135-185 lbs I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how not to get loose skin. I know losing that much weight that I will have some loose skin I just don't want my body too look like I can fly in heavy winds lol

    Hello! There's a group on MFP called "Firming It Up" that focuses on this and there are some helpful tips there.

    These are the tips I've heard from looking into this myself -
    - Drink lots of water.
    - Dry brushing and exfoliating.
    - Moisturizing.
    - Wraps (I wouldn't spend money on these, but you could make your own).
    - Wearing control wear.
    - Exercise. Continue to lower body fat.
    - Not smoking.
    - Eating healthy. Foods high in antioxidants and healthy fats.
    - Certain vitamins/supplements.
    - It can take skin a couple years to tighten up after weight loss.
