Ok, so I was reading that going to deep on low bar squats relaxed the hammies and hurts performance. So I decided to see where parallel was for me. I wasn't sure so I thought I would post a pic. I don't sit on the box, just touch it and go back up. Will practice getting to the proper depth during this deload week,
