  • thank you I really want to try this. I started last week then went off on the weekend. I took today off from work to catch up on some things, and am just now reading that you started this group, Brooke. So i love ideas, cause last week i was getting bored with scrambled eggs ONLY for breakfast. oh yeah, i sauted some broccoli with them on the side. Can you really have hummus? I just bought a bunch of mushrooms, a great yellow pepper, a head of cauliflower, broccoli that i always have to have, a sweet oniion, zucchini, so i can saute that all up i am sure, in real BUTTER with garlic and eat on that. i like the idea of roll-ups with the dill pickle..or maybe cucumber...So hi to all and thanks for the ideas my friend!!

Thank you so much!!! I did canned, smoked sardines on a salad today--with Parmesan & spinach my friend had. It's so great to have portable stuff on hand.
