    I just came to write the SAME thing!! OMG, frustrating! I feel like I'm doing so well - hitting my workouts, sticking to my meal plan.... but I'm currently up two pounds. I know, I know - it can be some extra water weight or that the scale will bounce back in a few more days. But man it's discouraging.

    I have weighed in every Monday for years so this group suits me really well. I am in another group until December when I hope to achieve my Ultimate Goal Weight of 11st (154 lbs).

    S.W. 172 lbs

    End October Goal: 161

    I know it's 11 lbs but I have just come back from holidays having put on a little so this weeks loss is going to be very good. I put on 6 lbs after my holiday, so 161 is a realistic goal for me.

    Thanks red_road, I found this group through seeing you joined. Keeping within my calorie goal and exercising is exactly how I lose weight so what a great find.
