Hey, all! Anyone else out there enjoying this glorious rest day? I surely am, but must confess to doing approximately 50 basic squats. It's becoming habit now...then I remembered it's a rest day. Ha! :laugh:

    I did 150, only because I rested from squats on sat & Sun. Belgium, curtsy, prisoner & regular.
