Good morning
I am on week 3 of my training plan (Zen Labs C25K) and am going at a slow pace in order to make sure I am completing all intervals. Today was my slowest yet (so that was kinda disappointing) but at least I finished it.
I also use Runtastic to track my pace, km, etc.
What I don't know is how to track my calories. Runtastic says I am burning more than 400 if I enter it as a jog, only 200 if I enter it has walking, MFP says something different too. I do not have a HRM.
What would you enter it as on Runtastic and how would you log calories?

Awesome progress so far, congrats! I would err on the side of caution and go with 200. 400 would be in excess of 10 calories a minute, which is pretty intense. I think when I was doing intervals my HRM gave me about 6 calories a minute after I subtracted BMR, and I was about 70 pounds heavier than you are now.
Either way, keep up the good work0
