What are your October goals?

Ladies-

Share your October goals and then let's motivate each other to keep them. On the 15th, I'll do a check in post, and then another on the 31st!

Here are mine:
1.Slow and steady wins the race right? Right. Instead of trying to lose weight fast, I hope to lose 6-8 pounds a month for a year-then I want to maintain for life. So 8 pounds for October.
2. Complete my 30 day 10 minute solutions express workout
3. Walk at LEAST a mile during my lunch break daily.
4. Lose a pants size.

    Great goals girls!

One of my goals for October is to stay committed to an excercise plan--6am interval workouts at least 4 times a week. No excuses! If I can make this commitment in the morning I can start my day of great and I know the pounds will come off !

    In October, I will:
    - Eat vegetables at least once a day. Yes, I love fruit, but shy away from veggies.
    - Increase my daily water intake to 9 cup per day
    - figure out how to get 6000 steps now that the rainy season has started. I'm in Seattle y'all.

3 small steps, but baby steps work for me.

Secondly I love Halloween so I need to watch the candy/treats especially for this month.

This is good for me, I have been feeling so down about my body (losing things I like and not losing things I wish would go away  ) but giving myself a goal with a group behind me will give myself something else to focus on.

I would like to increase my steps on the weekends, my goal in 10,000 per day but weekends tend to fall short!
Limit my mirror time, maybe I should put way the full lenght mirror for a while!
Start back to working out with my weights . . . I did not realize how poor of shape I was in until I had to carry that 20lb bag of kitty litter.

I am putting these on my calendar for a personal check-in!
