Hey, you did part of it and I think that is a really big accomplishment. Great dedication!
I'm going to walk once my little man is on the bus. If I feel brave I may try running intervals, but people watching makes me nervous lol!0 -
Today was pump and burn and flow0

So I avoided an audience by walking and jogging a little through the trails in the woods by my house today. I made an effort to jog/run for at least a part of every song that played on Pandora while I was out, and that was after running through the parking lot and down the trail to enter into the woods. So not as much running overall as yesterday but it was over rough terrain, so I'll still give myself that credit. I also worked out a deal with my neighbor to borrow her treadmill while she's away for the weekend in exchange for feeding her cat lol.
I did peek at the scale and it's not budging. I know I had a day with no exercise and one day where I went over, so I really have to push these next few days to Sunday. Ideally, as much as I am enjoying walking and hopefully soon running, I would like to be able to take one day off or at least not have to worry if the day is so crazy I can't get a workout in. But in the meantime I'll "just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming"0 -
This morning didn't go as I'd hoped but I got my workout in and was only 10 minutes late to work. Xander did not go back to sleep after I got him up at 5:30 and I had no idea on the time but my husband finally came and took him at 6:15 (we had agreed on 6:00) So I didn't get started until 6:30 but I really wanted to get it in so I pushed myself to finish quickly and really kept my HR up there. It still took 50 min and I didn't have time for breakfast so I threw a banana and Jif to-go PB in my bag to eat at work only to get there and see that someone wanted me at a meeting in our other building 15 minutes away at 8:30 eek! I scarfed down the banana & PB and was only 5 min late to that meeting. Whew crazy morning.0

Now that I am back in town after over a week it is time to get things back in gear. The end of this month will give me a month doing the JNL Fusion workouts and to be truthful it was nice getting a break from her constant "now that's what I am talking about" and "kiss my abs" so on October 1st I am going to start Turbo Fire. The weather here is finally cooling off so I will start walking at lunch again - I couldn't find my pedometer this morning so I will need to replace it. I love to know how many steps I have taken so I can challenge myself to a certain amount each day.0
