35 hour fast

So for no particular reason, I did a 35 hour fast yesterday. Last meal was 9:00 pm on Tues. Ate nothing yesterday and broke the fast this morning at 0800 with a banana. I was getting a bit loopy so I decided to end it. So that was 35 hours of nothing but water and coffee. I did a short 25 minute run/hill routine on the treadmill for 340 calories Tues night.

I started the fast at 186 lbs and weighed myself at the end at 180 lbs. Ok, don't really care about that so much as I'm not trying to lose weight. But I thought I would be droopy and out of it the rest of the day. I ate a good SCD lunch and then went down and did my bench press. That went ok. Then I started getting energy. I went back down and did some more bench and 3x10 hanging leg raises. Then played basketball for 20 minutes. Then went back down and did my tricep work and set a new PR. I am pumped right now. I did not expect that.

My weight is still 180 lbs at 6:30 pm. We'll see what happens over the next few days. Not sure what to make of it, really. Thought I would share. Another whacky experiment in process.
