Hi,
I just joined the group.
I am 4 weeks out from Gastric bypass. Looking for support and motivation.
Things were going really well, down almost 30 pounds.. and then 5 days ago, I didn't just stall, I have gained 3 lbs??! this has put me into panic mode!
