New to the group

Hi! My name is Bethany and I am new to the group.. My goals are to lose weight and work on fertility issues. I got pregnant in 2009 but miscarried and haven't been able to get pregnant since so I figured it has to do with pcos. Right now I am focusing on losing weight, changing my eating habits and exercising more. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get started and does anyone have any recipes they would like to share with me?
