Pizzas!!!!

Here is an awesome recipe for my GODZILLA Low Carb Chicago Style Pizza!

Tomato Sauce - No Salt Added, 1 container (9/10 cup)
Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp
Fresh Sliced Mushrooms, 8-16 oz ( how much do you like?)
Canned Sliced Black Olives, 1 container (8 ts ea.)
Cauliflower - Cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 2 cup (1" pieces)
Large Egg, 2 egg
Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Finely Shredded, 2.5 container (4 cups)
Pork or Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll, 1 container (16 oz )
Beef or Turkey Pepperoni 70% Less Fat, 28 slices
Grated Parmesan Cheese, 6 teaspoons

Pre-heat oven to 350
Cook cauliflower and mix with cheese and egg.
Pour into a greased springform pan.
Bake 15 min or until top is set
Remove from oven and add cooked turkey sausage
Place pepperoni on top of that covering the entire pan
Layer mushrooms and olives
Fill the rest of the pan up with cheese
Mix pizza seasoning and tomato sauce
Pour over pizza
Sprinkle on some grated Parmesan cheese
Back in the oven for 30 min or until you can tell cheese is melted well.
