Setting Goals

Options
So one of the most important things to do when tring to accomplish anything in life, not just weight loss, is to set a goal. It will give you something to visualize at moments of weakness, and when you reach the goal, it will give you a win. We all need to feel that win at one point or another.

So what are some of your goals you want to reach by the end of the year? I'll give you a couple of mine.

~ I want to lose 30 lbs by January 1st.
~ I want to have ONE plate of food at Thanksgiving, and ONE smaller plate of dessert
~ I want to have my gift shopping done before December 15th.
~ I want to grow my business by at least 50% by January 1st.
~ I want to help 10 people reach their goals by January 1st.
