Pregnant and doing Body Revolution?

I did Body Revolution to lose my baby weight after baby number 2. That was a year and a half ago. I lost a lot of weight and a few pants sizes. I felt so good! Now I'm pregnant with number 3. I'm 29 weeks and have gained 30 pounds. I feel so ashamed. I have been so inactive during this pregnancy and I have no excuse. My doctor says I need to be active and exercise. I have a YMCA membership but often just don't make it there. I loved doing Body Revolution and feel like I could stick with it.
If I modify it a bit and don't do the ab exercises do y'all think it would be okay to do? I don't see why not. I would always listen to my body. I did cardio 1 tonight with my kids just to see how I felt. It felt good. If things feel off I can slow it down or modify it. Is anyone else doing it during pregnancy?

Personally, I would not.
I would talk to my GYN about it. Bring the DVD's in so s/he can see what it entails.0 -
Not an expert but I would think it would take too much modifying. I would consider walking. To pick up a new program this late in pregnancy seems like it may be risky. I always remember hearing that you should not work out too intensely unless you are already at that level before you get pregnant.0

Check with your doctor first. I wouldn't. Also, don't forget about other forms of exercise that are free! There are lots of pregnancy workouts online. Cardio, yoga, pilates, strength, balance ball. They have a lot and you wouldn't have to buy a whole other program. So you can still do a workout, but it's made for you at different stages of pregnancy. Then you'll have Body Revolution all lined up for after the birth! Being active is great (I hear anyways!), but you don't want to go too hard and the later parts of Body Revolution are pretty intense. Always get your doctor's approval though. He/she might even have some suggestions on videos.0

Exercise is definitely recommended during pregnancy. If you're exercising at a high level before pregnancy, it's ok to continue. It's not ok to start a vigorous exercise program during pregnancy.0
