Hi gang! I am back from Denver. I had a great time and really pushed myself by taking a 3+ mile walk/jog everyday. There were quite a few inclines on my route so my legs were sore. It looks like I lost just under 2lbs while on vacation, although my official weigh in is tomorrow. Yay! I downloaded the RunKeeper app to track my walks/jogs. You can track about any walking or running type activity with this app. It's free and it is pretty cool.

Great job Tanya!
I went out last night on the crutches and that seemed to go well, so I'm going to give it another shot today. My weigh in was this morning, 1 pound down. It's my smallest loss so far in this challenge, but it's still a loss so I'm happy! I have a feeling I'll have to get used to that for the next several weeks!
My challenge for work starts tomorrow (8 week challenge) and I'm getting pumped for it! Steps, exercise minutes, and weight. Wish me luck!0 -

Cant tell much by the pics but I am very pleased !
