Two days left of Sept. I'll be back later to post my calorie burn for the day. I figure I need to burn about 520 calories each for these last 2 days. You've all done great!!! Hope you find a new challenge for October.

    Went out with a bang, started at 10am this morning and took a few breaks on my way to an all day exercise binge. Finish Strong!
