MONDAY 9/30= RIP'T CIRCUIT
TUESDAY 10/1= DYNAMIC CORE
WEDNESDAY 10/2= CORE CARDIO
THURSDAY 10/3= DYNAMIC CORE
FRIDAY 10/4= DOUBLE DAY of SPEED 2.0 & UPPER FOCUS
SATURDAY 10/5= STRETCH day
TUESDAY 10/1= DYNAMIC CORE
WEDNESDAY 10/2= CORE CARDIO
THURSDAY 10/3= DYNAMIC CORE
FRIDAY 10/4= DOUBLE DAY of SPEED 2.0 & UPPER FOCUS

CORE CARDIO, 3 mile walk & a 3.5 mile bike ride!!!0 -
Back on track with workouts everyday. Still here with you. Going to redo weeks 6 7 8 bc I ended up getting a little lazy and I needed a new rip't circuit DVD.0

So glad there is at least one person still with the program!! If you have to start over, start over! There is NO reason to quit cuz you got off track!! You do what you gotta do!! Good job for hangin in!!!
THURSDAY:
I did DYNAMIC CORE & I really like this one! I also got in 6 miles on bike!! Ashamed to admit this but I have gained 10# since starting this program and now I MUST elliminate those BAD carbs. I plan to lose 20 pounds in the next 13 weeks. I have surgery on 12/17 & will be laid up for roughly 6 weeks. I do not want to go into surgery overweight & then put on more while recuperating!0 -
Finished up week 9 of Beta with Fridays DOUBLE DAY which was SPEED 2.0 & UPPER FOCUS!!!0
