Tiffany's Exercise for Week 2

I go to another club called Kosama. Kosama.com/Minneapolis. What this club is a group fitness exercise class type club.
They are open 6 days a week and closed on Sundays. There are 5 classes each week. One class is taught twice within the week which is the kickboxing class. My favorite class is the kickboxing classes. I try to attend 3-4 times a week. Each moth the classes are switched up and the routines are mixed up to keep your body guessing. I typically go Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

For week two I went to Tuesday and Wednesday classes. Tuesday was KosamaPower. The class is structured where you do the Kettlebells for the first half of the class then the rest of the class using your bodyweight. You do 10 minutes exercise, 10 minutes rest, 20 minutes exercise, 20 minutes rest, 30 minutes exercise, 30 minutes rest, 45 minutes exercise, 45 minutes rest. You do this circuit for one exercise like mountain climbers.

On Wednesday, I did KosamaCore. The first half of the class was yoga and the last half of the class focused on core exercises.

On Thursday I went to the rec center with an office mate and did the curve treadmill for 15 minutes, walking forward most of the time and trying to walk backwards, and trying running on it for a minute. They we switched to a bike that had the strong arms and strong legs features. We were at the bike for 12 minutes. After every minute the bike would say get strong arms or get strong legs and this lasted for about 15 seconds. Then back to pedaling for 1 minute. The strong arms and strong legs would alternate.
Then we used the machine where we had to pull the rope. We did this for 1 minute. Then we did one lap around the track.

On Monday and Friday, I went to my normal class time and used the strength machines.

One of my goals looking forward is to work on the nutrition end of this program. I got the exercising down. Now I just need to eat more healthily.
