    So happy about this week. I expected good results because I did what I was supposed to do. Hooray!

    Breaking the 130 mark will be paramount. Would be my lightest ever.

    I changed my username to more queenly one :P

    Going to a double hot yoga session this evening! Im one week in to a 30 day challenge, and had to miss my class yesterday due to scheduling issues around forgetting what time my friends and I had tickets to watch the last two episode of Breaking Bad at a local theater :D I regret nothing.

    It can be hormonal, water retention, or a combination caused by stress, or maybe not sleeping so well.

    Or you could be building muscle. Keep in mind that muscle is denser. You may lose inches and have a gain on the scale. A lb of muscle occupies less space than a lb of fat. In other words, if you have a fixed volume of fat and the same fixed volume of muscle, the muscle would weight more.

    Also, muscle growth starts with an inflammatory process and that meas... fluid retention :P

    A week is a short term period. Don't get discouraged. If you stick to healthy habits, the results will show in the long run.
    Celebrate clothes fitting better this week as a NSV! That is important as well!

    I also tried and couldn't even get it to accept my name. In my case it may be that at 64 I'm not au fait enough with technology. Never mind you won't be wiped off this weekly weigh-in since I will post it every week. It's just a shame that we can't all be on the same post or spreadsheet. Good luck with the October challenge.

    I've been hovering between 150 and 145 for months now. If I could get down to 143 by the end of the month, I'd be super pleased. TOM is incoming next week though, so not expecting a whole lot for next week, but one can hope.

    Hey Guys! Starting weight here is 176.6 I am also doing No Scale October so I will update with my ending weight on Nov 1! My goal is at least 5, anything more than that is *SNAPS* for me :)

    I track all food here and my exercise currently is running 1 mile at least 5 days and 30DS. I also lift heavy occasionally with my husband ( squats, bench)
