Who?
- anybody who likes pizza and/or doesn't want to give up the foods they enjoy while losing weight.
- anybody who is curious about IIFYM in actual application.
- anybody who currently believes that certain foods are "bad" or "unhealthy" and therefore off limits, but who has a nagging little voice in their head telling them that there is a better way.
Why?
- to demonstrate the absurdity of the notion that foods are anything other than fuel and delicious micro- and macro-nutrient delivery systems.
- to steer people away from clean/paleo/primal propaganda about food choices.
- to make the case that IIFYM works for everyone.
Where?
- here in this group and on the threads of all those who choose to participate.
- wherever else you want to share this challenge.
What?
- by eating pizza every day for a month, or any other so-called "bad" food that a small minority insists must be avoided in order to lose weight.
When?
- now.
- or next week. or next month. or whenever anyone who feels like trying this out for themselves decides to create their own challenge.
How?
- by properly setting your daily calorie and macronutrient goals.
- by choosing a dietary plan that includes a daily treat along with enough other foods to meet your daily goals.
- by tracking and sharing your progress here.
- by enjoying food while losing weight.
- by setting a challenge for yourself to demonstrate that you can eat pizza and lose weight and it's not even difficult.
