    Carrots and hummus is always a great idea!
  • One of my fav snack ideas is everything on one plate below..

    1 c fresh watermelon 46 cals
    1 slice of deli turkey 35 cals
    1/2 c of cottage cheese 100 cals

    I could make it better by wrapping the turkey in lettuce and instead of cottage cheese using a low fat cheese wrapped in that turkey and lettuce i suppose
